Title : The Life You Were Born to Live: Finding Your Life Purpose
Author : Dan Millman
Rating : 4 Stars out of 5.
Summary : No denying the accuracy

I learnt the basics of numerology some years ago and whilst not understanding why it worked have used it as a tool of insight. When I picked up this book and bought it I had no idea until I got it home that there was any association with birhtdates at all. This book has served to instil even more faith in the significance of birthdates in life lessons. Those who cannot accept what they read may find that the issue is something they've either moved past through growth or are yet to accept about themselves. The book is a tool I will continue to use. Claire - 34/7

Title : The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens: The Ultimate Teenage Success Guide
Author : Sean Covey
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Excellent

This book really is well written, and perfect for a teenager. Sean Covey has got it spot on, and it actually works. Its very easy to read, and also very enjoyable. I have recommended it to many friends, and they have taken a lot form it. This beek also makes a perfect gift. None of us seem to have much "life-management" in this day and age, so this beek can really change a person for the better, whilst they are in their youth. Its good to see that the writing skills were passed down in Stephen Covery's family.

Title : S.U.M.O. (Shut Up, Move On): The Straight-Talking Guide to Creating and Enjoying a Brilliant Life
Author : Paul McGee
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Does what it says on the tin!

How refreshing to read a 'motivational type' book that doesn't pretend that everything in the garden is rosey but one that takes an honest, humourous and practical look at how to get the most from our lives. The author's openess about his own everyday challenges gives the book an easy to identify with feel, whilst also providing some moments to pause and reflect. I have to say what drew to the book in the first place was it's title... superb!( For once I can read a book on the tube without feeling embarrassed by the title). In summary, it's readable, practical, realistic, humourous and inspirational...AND in the midst of the busy lives and hetic schedules that many of us lead, this won't take an age to read. I look forward to the next offering from the SUMO Guy!

Title : The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens: The Ultimate Teenage Success Guide
Author : Sean Covey
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : A truly wicked book...

I picked up this book merely because I had heard a lot about the seven habits of highly effective people. I don't think I really expected to learn anything from it. I guess I was, and still am really, the archetypal know it all teenager who doesn't need any help with anything. However, this book shows you life strategies that really do work. Some of the things in it are so simple that you wonder why you never thought like that before. This is a great book for teenagers, because we are often probably more likely to listen to a book than to a person.

Title : Sink Reflections
Author : Marla Cilley
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : It really works!

I am a born clutterholic on the verge of going on the wagon. This book really works. I agree that some of the Americanisms can start to grate after a while but you can just skip over those and the God Breezes if you choose and concentrate on the useful information about establishing routines however small that have long term results. Whilst How Clean is Your House, Life Laundry, Clear Clutter with Feng Shui etc. are gathering dust (or used to!) at the back of my bookshelf, Sink Reflections is out most days. It makes you think differently about clutter and how you deal with it and the importance of making time for yourself. There are so many things to feel guilty about - don't waste time feeling guilty about the state of your home. This book will help you achieve a clean and tidy home without the angst.
