This is a great read just for the fun of it, Dispenza's story of self healing a broken back is amazing but without any bull he shows the key elements of others who ahve done this too.
This book also goes into great detail on how the mind brain body work together from mainly a scientific viewpoint and how we can make changes to evlove our frontal lobes to quickly change bad patterns of behaviour replace them with good.
the advice is simple and achieveable by anyone who can read.
Its not a short book as its crammed with lots of information but if you just wish to get to the nitty gritty of making changes its possible to skip the understanding and just work on the bits you need
I hope he will write further books in the future

If your into reading information like this then I suggest you also read the original Born to Win by James and Jongeward, or I'm OK your OK, Thomas.

I've just finished this book. Wow it was mind blowing!
I'm not going to reiterate all the brilliant reviews made about this book, suffice to say it is a useful guide for going into negotiations and other situations were undue and unfair influence might occur. For example, how to deal with dirty influence tricks or even just pushy salesmen, estate agents or recruitment consultants - you can see the tatics that are being used and side step them or use their tricks against them for your own advantage.
An amazing book. Read it for your own sake.

Summary : No denying the accuracy
I learnt the basics of numerology some years ago and whilst not understanding why it worked have used it as a tool of insight. When I picked up this book and bought it I had no idea until I got it home that there was any association with birhtdates at all. This book has served to instil even more faith in the significance of birthdates in life lessons. Those who cannot accept what they read may find that the issue is something they've either moved past through growth or are yet to accept about themselves. The book is a tool I will continue to use.
